Before your first appointment, we’ll have a brief phone call to discuss your goals and how I can tailor your treatment to deliver meaningful results.
I arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to set up the space and have you complete your intake forms.
During your first visit, we begin with a 10-minute assessment (included in your hands-on time) to inform the session.
Tools and techniques are selected based on your goals. For mobility-focused sessions, I incorporate the massage gun and work with you fully clothed. Day-of adjustments can be made to accommodate your comfort level or any shifts in focus.
I take an additional 15 minutes after the session to break down equipment, check in on how you’re feeling, and discuss goals for your next treatment.
